After 11 years providing therapy services in community mental health settings, I moved into private practice. Therapy doesn’t have to be a scary process. Yes, it will be difficult at times, but we will also laugh a lot.
I love getting to know someone’s story and helping figure out patterns and stuck thoughts that are holding them back from the growth they are looking for. I love walking the path with a person while they navigate relationships, life challenges, and understanding themselves and their needs better.
Outside of work, I enjoy movies, board games and baking shows.
